I’ve been lacking a lot lately, and gaining a lot of weight and not eating right.I also sleep at anytime of the day, like at 5 pm and then i wake up by my alarm at 6am, and then i have school. Can you give me like a daily routine to be healthier?

  1. do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water. no pasta and no rice and no junk food and low carb.
    U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed. check this site for article on how to increase metabolism, soup the hunger satiated, fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started and very easy to follow with great results

  3. ~Wake up at 6AM
    ~Have a light breakfast such as some cereal or two scrambled eggs.
    ~Eat your lunch.
    ~Come home take a break. Go for a mile walk or two. Rotate this time by running every other day as well as increasing the distance little by little. Listening to music might make the time fly by for you if you hate exercise.
    ~Have a light dinner!!
    ~Go to sleep around 9 or 10PM

Do not eat if You are not hungry;find some type of exercize You will like Yourself,then You will do it anyway;eat less meat but replace it rather with veges & fruit,it is very healthy on itself;do not listen if relatives demand You to eat they beleive to be good to You but choose what You prefer,as their stomachs are different from that of Yours;do not “dive” into the school matters as they can overtire Your nerves;sleep at times You are tired even if school is awaiting,it will never accept responsibility for You suffering from it,even as You seem to be already.Anyway,find something else to support You against problems to counteract them,a very interesting something You would like much,school tensions are ever hursh.Good health!
