Is it ok to take a muli-vitamin with breakfast and then an antioxidant pill with lunch?

  2. you be fine, if anything, youll have more energy and have a hard time going to sleep.

    When you body has an excess of viatmins it just flushes them out.

  3. As long as your vitamin is a ” complete multi vitamin ” , you don’t need any other vitamin .

  4. And you’re here to know from all the non-doctors? (I would welcome any doc but I’m afraid anyone would ever come to answer! Only some over-smart med-student may answer!)

  5. Yes you can. Don’t worry about the vitamin contents of the tablets. I would say however to only take them either 5 days a week or take them on alternative days (so say monday antioxidant, tuesday multivitamin etc…). Vitamin C is water-soluble and therefore any that you don’t need your body will just excrete in the urine, however vitamin A and E are fat-soluble and are stored in the liver. You cannot overdose on vitamins however much people I have seen try so don’t worry.
